Receive a Free Trial of Hearing Aids

Most people prefer a grace period to try a product when making an important purchase. We completely agree and for that reason offer a free trial period for all our hearing aids. The free trail period is very important because it gives our patients time to become accustomed to their new hearing aids. If happy with their new set of hearing aids we will conduct future follow-up appointments to clean, adjust and occasionally check their hearing to see if the device needs reprogramming. All those services are included in the purchase price.
Sometimes a patient may decide during the trial period that their current style of hearing aid isn’t the correct one for them. For instance, they may switch from a standard to custom hearing aid or vice versa, opt for more or less technology or decide they are not ready to purchase a hearing aid at that time. If they opt not to purchase their hearing aids, patients can return them and will be given a refund with no pressure to continue.
